Peer-led
For adults (ages 18+) living with mental health conditions regardless of a diagnosis
Participants will receive:
Space to feel heard
Knowledge about local resources
Insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others

BIPOC Peer Support Group
For adults who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC) and also living with mental health conditions.
Schedule: First and third Thursdays of every month
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Format: Online via Zoom
Military Sexual Trauma Support Group
For those who have served in the military, Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve members who have experienced Military Sexual Trauma (MST). The group is facilitated by Veterans and former service members with shared experience, not by clinicians. Participants are welcome regardless of gender, discharge status, or Veteran status.
Schedule: First and third Mondays of every month
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Format: Online via Zoom
MILITARY support group
For those who have served in the military, Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve members living with mental health conditions. The group is facilitated by Veterans and former service members with lived experience.
Schedule: Every Thursday
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Other Active Groups in the Community
Portland DBSA
Portland DBSA is an independent chapter of the National Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. Their groups are facilitated by trained peers (people living with mental health conditions). Their meetings are open to all adults who live with any mental health condition.
